CADD CAPABILITIESReddy & Reddy has integrated CADD technology into its traditional drafting process over the past seven years, and now produces all contract documents on CADD. The Reddy & Reddy CADD system consists of: · Multiple Pentium 4 systems running AutoDesk’s “AutoCAD 2008” or “AutoCAD Architectural Desktop 2008” in Microsoft’s “Windows XP Professional” environment. Providing stable and fast CAD performance. · The CADD workstations are connected to Reddy & Reddy’s Gigabit 1000 Base-T Ethernet. Two high-end Pentium 4 servers running Microsoft’s “Windows 2003 Server” serve the network. These machines provide access and secure storage with large capacity Raid 10 Partition and advanced “back up” tape systems. · Network peripherals include Xerox 510 Highspeed Plotter and Hewlett Packard’s “DesignJet 1050C,” high-speed plotter. A number of desktop printers. Plus a Broadband connection to the Internet. · Color capabilities include a “Okidata C5500”, “Xerox Workcentre 7435 Color Copier/Printer”, “Epson Stylus Photo 1280” and “HP DesignJet 1050C” printers and a “Visioneer” Color Flatbed Scanner. · Various other software including AutoDesk’s “Autodesk VIZ,” Microsoft’s Office 2003 “Word,” “Excel,” “Outlook,” and “Publisher,” and Adobe’s “Acrobat,” “GoLive,” and “LiveMotion.”

Reddy & Reddy managed the development of the Denver International Airport Architectural Standards, of which the CADD Standards are a key element, and these Standards have been implemented on various Denver International Airport projects since.
Reddy & Reddy Architects has produced the contract documents for the $150 million Concourse A at Denver International Airport, Phases I, II, III on CADD, as well as the MOD 3 East Terminal Renovation and Tenant Finish Projects. Each of these projects has been in strict compliance with the CADD standards established by the City and County of Denver for DIA. In addition, these projects required the coordination of multiple separate consultants, all producing documents on CADD but utilizing various software systems. |
